Ordering & Shipping

Orders may take up to three business days to process. Once an order is processed, our team will be in touch with the timeline for your order completion.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day or Next Day Delivery and fully insured. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
All deliveries require a signature:
If you may not be available to sign, we recommend making other arrangements such as delivering to a work address or a neighbor who will be available to sign during the day.
Our shipper will attempt delivery three times, and if there is no one available to sign for a package, the package will be returned to sender. We will contact the customer to make arrangements for reshipment once we receive the returned package. Any reshipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Sarah O. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Local customers can pick up orders at our Tennyson Street location in Denver.
If you’d prefer to pick up at our Dairy Block location, please note that in your order or reach out to our team at hello@sarahojewelry.com with your request.
International orders are shipped via FedEx and fully insured.
All deliveries require a signature.
PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
For holiday delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm MST on the following days:
Custom Rings:
- Christmas Eve: Order by October 15, 2025
- New Year’s Eve: Order by October 22, 2025
Made-to-Order Rings:
- Thanksgiving: Order by October 13, 2025
- Christmas Eve: Order by November 10, 2025
- New Year’s Eve: Order by November 17, 2025
These dates are subject to change. Sarah O. is not responsible for delays with carriers or lost/stolen packages.
For jewelry that is made-to-order, we may be able to accommodate a rush request outside of our standard delivery timeframe noted on the product page. Please note that additional fees will apply.
To change or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate. Any requests received after 24 hours may incur an additional fee.
International requests apply to orders outside of the US and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing an item online, please submit a contact form.
Once received and confirmed, we will send you an invoice for the price of the item + shipping fees. For specific information about international shipping policies and applicable customs fees, please review the information under Shipping.

Given your jewelry's sentimental and monetary value, you’ll want to make sure it lasts a lifetime! First and foremost, we highly recommend insuring your high-value item under homeowners, renters, or independent insurance. We are happy to provide you with receipts or appraisals for mountings and stones purchased through us. Please review additional warranty information before purchasing.
At Sarah O. Jewelry, we proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our pieces.
First 6 Months: Our warranty covers any issues due to defects in workmanship or design.
After 6 Months: Coverage is at the discretion of Sarah O. Jewelry. We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or as standard wear and tear.

One free resize after purchase (Eternity styles and alternative metal designs are excluded outside the 30 day exchange window)
Replacement of one melee under 0.10 cts or 3mm in length
Complimentary cleanings, polishing, tightening, and inspections for the life of your piece
Please note: servicing your jewelry with a third-party jeweler will void this warranty.
About Wear and Tear
It’s normal for jewelry to require maintenance over time. Most repairs stem from everyday wear rather than defects. To minimize repairs, we recommend following our Care & Cleaning guidelines and removing your jewelry during hands-on activities. Any repairs or maintenance required will be priced out at a discounted rate.
Examples of standard wear and tear include:
Bent or worn prongs leading to loose stones
Discoloration of stones from climate or chemical exposure
Metal discoloration from skin pH or chemical exposure
Chipped stones (diamonds, precious, or semi-precious)
Scratches on metal from everyday use Bent, misshapen, or broken shanks from lifestyle or activities
Metal tarnishing or rhodium wear
Resizing beyond the initial complimentary resize, or cases where a new ring must be made
All Discounts & Promotions:
Discount codes and other promotions cannot be applied to Sale items unless explicitly stated. Discount codes are limited to one per transaction and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to past purchases. Discounts cannot be applied to white diamond engagement pieces, custom designs, or loose stones.
